Collect receipts faster using the Cloud Accounting Application Receipt Bank
If you are not familiar with Receipt Bank, then you may want to read this article. Receipt Bank is a fast and effective way of collecting your receipts and uploading to Xero or QuickBooks Online accounting software. It saves you a lot of time from manually entering information. So, this week Receipt Bank announced new developments to their applications. The new changes will make processing your receipts even faster and gives you more functionality. So what are the new developments:
- Three taps to submit a receipt – less time processing each receipt.
- Four taps to submit from your gallery
- Add a description, assign a project or a client – more information helping you in the long term to identify the transaction.
- View the extracted data
- Publish to your integrated accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks Online.
To install the new software, click ‘Update’ when you open the application and then log into the system again.
I have personally updated my version and found the new steps for capturing receipts quicker and the functionality is simply awesome.
